Makes almost ½ cup dressing
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons mustard, your choice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Chopped fresh dill (optional)
Combine the vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a bowl and
whisk until uniformly mixed. Add the chopped fresh dill, if using.
